The Live Oak Golf Course at Fair Oaks Ranch was originally opened in 1978. Weibring Wolfard Golf Design was asked by Club Corporation of America and Fair Oaks Ranch to provide a master plan of improvements for the golf course in 2005. The improvements were implemented during an 8 month construction period in 2005-2006 and included completely re-built greens, tees and bunkers, new cart path, drainage and lake improvements. The golf course opened on schedule in November of 2006. Weibring, Wolfard and Josh Peters generated the construction documents and provided the site visits required to fully support the project.
